We had a wonderful time at the Bahamas Consular Annex yesterday. Consul General Paulette Zonicle graciously hosted the event along with members of her staff. We were also honored that the Bahamas Ambassador to the United States, his Excellency Dr. Eugene Newry chose to attend and address the attendees. Members of The Bahamas Department of Tourism were in attendance, along with many friends of Exnihilo.
The purpose of the event was to officially launch the Exnihilo Scholarship for Emerging Artists. All of the Exnihilo leadership was in attendance. We were lucky that we were able to schedule the event to coincide with Katrina and Michael being in the US.
